Milk for North Lakes’ products is sourced from local farms and brought to the dairy in modern, hygienic tankers designed to keep the milk as fresh as it was when it left the farm.

On arrival it is tested to ensure its’ quality meets our rigorous standards before being pasteurised and packaged. We aim to surpass all food safety standards.

We have been described as offering the kind of service and attention to detail associated with a local company, but with the standards and professionalism of a larger company. We employ around 30 dedicated staff and are the largest fresh milk producer between Glasgow, Newcastle and Preston. Our ongoing investment in new plant and equipment will ensure that North Lakes Foods is a long term player in the local economy.
